That depends on what you need. We work predominately on a fixed fee basis for any ongoing work, which means you know what to expect and there’s no hidden surprises. Each job is different and may require a certain expertise, take more time or have other costs associated. Contact us with some information on what you need and we can give you an idea.


What can you do remotely?

Thanks to the advancement in technology over time, we can do everything except speak face-to-face. We can pay bills, answer your phone, schedule appointments, access your software and applications and file your documents. This can be a bit of a process and if you are still working offline we can also assist you to get working online and in the cloud.


Can you work onsite?

We can, although we find that almost everything can be done remotely and this is generally more efficient and cheaper for you. Contact us now to discuss what you may need assistance with and we can recommend the best course of action.
